The solution

l The condenser is irregular in shape, and the grasping structure is spatial three-dimensional grasping. It is randomly placed on the tray and belt line of the accumulation chain.

l 3D vision is used to guide the robot to grasp the scheme, the robot hand grasp adopts the imitation structure, and the contact part with the condenser is made of soft polyurethane;

The condenser is captured on the tray of the accumulation chain, and the positioning is guided by identifying the white plastic features of the end of the condenser, and the camera is installed on the robot hand.

l The condenser on the conveyor line is captured by identifying the surface characteristics of the condenser to guide the positioning, and the camera is fixed above the conveyor line;

l Two RB165 robots are used to transport the condenser from the tray of the accumulation chain to the conveyor line, forming two automatic integrated workstations for the next part.
