The customer request

l Car bottom plate information: Size: 1700mm×1500mm, weight: 20kg, material; Q235A;

l The workpiece is transported on the belt at the speed of 750mm/s, and the robot needs to follow the movement to grasp the workpiece;

l There are 4 different workpieces on the production line at the same time, the robot needs to automatically identify and grasp;

l The whole line should complete 1 piece of work piece packing every 6 seconds;

The solution

l The incoming material on the conveyor line is followed and its position is uncertain, and 2D vision is used to guide the robot to follow and grasp;

l For grasping compatible with four products, robotic hand grasping adopts adjustable end picker structure;

l In order to meet the production capacity demand, 4 RB165 robots are used for packing;

l Production line configuration, 4 sets of Kuze KOZA KZH-JR6150 robots, two belt conveyor lines, two sets of visual movement positioning capture system, 4 sets of workpiece grasping end pickers, 1 set of production line control system.

Application effect

l The following grasping system in this project can be widely applied to the material handling and logistics transportation of the production workshop of the same type of products in the automobile factory; Can also be extended to steel plate processing or injection parts after molding and other post-process material handling and logistics transport operations;
