KOZA-KZH-Co610 New-Generation Collaborative Robot (10 kg)

KOZA-KZH-Co610 is a KOZA KZH-Co series new-generation "human-machine collaboration" & "safety" robot: 6 axes, 10 kg payload, 1355 mm max. reach, ±0.04 mm repeatability, IP54 protection and DC48V supply. Compared with traditional industrial robots it is safer, easier to use and lower in cost, compact enough to work directly alongside people in the collaborative area, for machine tending, intelligent grasping, screw driving and training platforms.

Key selling points

Current-based collision protection: the frameless-motor current is monitored in real time, giving dynamic-identification collision detection; the robot stops quickly on contact to keep people safe.
Drag-to-teach: collaborative drag teaching lets operators record and replay trajectories by hand, without complex programming, for fast changeovers.
Trajectory planning: real-time trajectory planning with smooth trajectory switching, parameter identification and dynamic trajectory-accuracy compensation.
Open control system / ROS: an open controller that supports the ROS operating system and offers rich secondary-development interfaces.
