KOZA-KZS-WP-50XL Collaborative Palletizing Robot Workstation (40 kg, 2180 mm reach)
KOZA-KZS-WP-50XL is a new-generation industrial collaborative palletizing robot workstation in the KOZA KZS series (Heavy-duty extra-long reach). The collaborative robot handles up to 40 kg including the gripper, with a 2180 mm working radius and ±0.04 mm repeatability. It palletizes at up to 6 pcs/min, and its lifting column follows the stack so pallets can be built up to 2850 mm high on pallets up to 1400 × 1200 mm, using two stations (left and right), with manual pallet exchange. The cell integrates the cobot, vacuum gripper, lifting frame, operating system, control cabinet, pneumatic system and pallet positioning; it runs on single-phase 220 V, starts out of the box and is easy to move. Mechanical collision detection keeps it safe beside people, and guard rails or light curtains can be added. It suits end-of-line palletizing in food, tissue paper, beverages and spirits, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals and electrical / electronics, and it can join case erectors, packers and sealers in a fully automatic packaging line.
Key selling points
- Zero-experience operation: ready to run out of the box; enter the basic parameters, pick a pallet pattern and it aligns automatically. A new pattern takes about 5 minutes and more than 800 palletizing paths can be stored.
- Recipe memory: recall any stored recipe for a changeover without re-teaching; it can stack two products at once and supports label-orientation recognition and switching between single and double picks.
- Lifting column: the robot rises automatically with the stack, building pallets up to 2850 mm high on pallets up to 1400 × 1200 mm.
- Safe collaboration: mechanical collision detection adds safety, and guard rails or light curtains can be added.
- Flexible deployment: a small footprint, easy to move, installed and commissioned in about 1 hour; runs around the clock and saves time and labour.
- Line integration: combines with case erectors, case packers and case sealers into a fully automatic erecting, packing, sealing and palletizing line, as the end-of-line palletizing cell.
