Application effect

l The workpiece is installed in the machine tool clamp, using pin positioning, high precision requirements;

l A multi-station ring feeding rack is adopted, and the robot can grasp 4 workpieces at the same time, and the repetitive positioning accuracy is high, which ensures the automatic production for more than 2 hours;

l The turntable transfers the parts through the magnetic coupling rodless cylinder, and commutates the parts through the rotary cylinder and the clamping cylinder to realize the process and connection of the two robots;

l When refueling, the robot works normally to ensure the continuity of the production process;

l High processing and loading efficiency, does not occupy the waiting time of the machine tool, to achieve 100% processing time utilization rate of the whole process.
