The customer request

l Upgrade on the original production line, and transform the last four processes into automatic units;

l Robot instead of manual handling, the robot to punch up and down the material;

l The automation unit shall achieve seamless docking in the original production line to meet the tempo requirements.

The solution

l workers will put the semi-finished products of the previous process on the conveyor line, and through the positioning of the upper vision system, the robot grasps the workpiece to feed the punch to realize the docking with the robot;

l 5 robots are used to load and unload 4 presses respectively, and the products will finally flow out of the conveyor line and be picked up manually.
