KOZA-KZA-i25 Lightweight 6-axis collaborative robot (25 kg)
KOZA-KZA-i25 is a KOZA-KZA series lightweight 6-axis collaborative robot: 25 kg payload, 1500 mm reach, ±0.1 mm repeatability and a 63 kg body. It supports hand-guided (drag) teaching, has built-in collision protection and carries CE and UL safety certification, so it can work side by side with people. Typical applications: machine tending, assembly, handling, grinding, glue dispensing and inspection in 3C electronics, automotive parts, new energy and semiconductors.
Key selling points
- Hand-guided teaching: guide the arm by hand to record points and paths; with graphical programming, no coding experience is needed.
- Collision protection: collision detection with multi-level sensitivity stops the arm on contact with a person or obstacle.
- Safety certified: CE and UL safety certification.
- Precise and efficient: ±0.1 mm repeatability, ≤ 2.4 m/s tool speed, 25 kg payload, 1500 mm reach.
